Meet Attorney Thomas M. Hensel, Jr.
Message from Our Michigan Bankruptcy Lawyer
When I started Hensel Law Office, PLLC as a bankruptcy attorney in Michigan, I wanted to offer something different. I wanted to deviate from the normal approach to bankruptcy law. In many bankruptcy firms, I saw clients ushered through similar and strikingly impersonal processes: meeting with one attorney initially, being passed on to another attorney for their first bankruptcy court hearing and having still a third lawyer handle any subsequent hearings.
As a solo practitioner, you never have to worry about telling and retelling your story to multiple attorneys or paralegals who only focus on one stage of the bankruptcy process. I handle every aspect of your case, applying my experience and knowledge to help you take the steps necessary to start over. I proudly serve clients in various parts of Michigan, including Sterling Heights, Warren and all surrounding areas.
